Who is Meg?
Meg Clark grew up in the PNW and has always been active, though she didn’t find her love for cycling until the last decade. She became a personal trainer, and now a bike tour guide, after working in an office for several years and realizing that she was not meant to sit at a desk all day! This realization led to becoming a certified personal trainer and Whole30 coach. She loves helping people feel better through food and fitness and nothing makes her happier than seeing people achieve their fitness goals! When she’s not guiding, you can find Meg riding her bike, paddleboarding, cooking or hanging out with her husband and dog.
