Private Adventure Takeovers
Gather your crew of eight or more—be it family, friends, or your cycling partners—and claim a scheduled tour date as your very own private adventure at no additional cost.
Adventure Takeovers are perfect for celebrating birthdays or anniversaries, a bike club event, or simply enjoying the open road with your favorite people.
Choose any scheduled tour for your own Private Adventure. If the scheduled date has not been booked by anyone else, and you have a minimum of 8 participants, we will hold it for you for 7 days while you confirm with your group. Early booking ensures the widest selection of tours and departure dates. Bring ten or more to unlock special perks or twelve-thirteen to enjoy savings.

Adventure Takeover Pricing
Prices vary depending on group size and availability for selected dates:
- 8-9 participants: Standard tour price. No extra charge.
- 10-11 participants: Standard tour price and logo Bicycle Adventures jersey for each participant.
- 12-13 participants: $200 discount off standard tour price or $100 off and logo Bicycle Adventures jersey for each participant.
- Less than 8 or greater than 14 participants: Call for pricing.
Note:
The pricing, discounts, and perks below are for Adventure Takeovers arranged on or after 11/1/2025.
No other discounts may be applied for Private Adventure Takeover Tours.
*For all private bike tours, a $600 per-person nonrefundable deposit is required. Standard Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the remaining balance.
