Who is Elise?
Elise is coming to BA after a stint working in the transportation planning field. She moved to Washington in the summer of 2022 after completing a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at UCLA. A Colorado girl at heart, she immediately fell in love with all the outdoor activities and biking that the PNW has to offer, whether it’s beautiful road rides on an island, gravel rides in the Snoqualmie Valley, or an occasional (very cautious) mountain bike ride. When she’s not biking, Elise can be found rock climbing and hiking, and is especially excited about all things skiing in the winter. With an undergraduate degree in Geography, Elise loves to talk maps, rocks, and nature with anyone who will listen.
