Who is Mary Catherine?
Mary Catherine (MC) grew up in Nashville, TN. Eventually, she landed in Seattle, WA. With a background in dance, she loves all movement; biking, hiking, running, and being outside. While MC is quite novice to learning the local flora and fauna, she finds a new kind of berry to eat every season (and she hopes to learn more). She is excited to explore nature (with the occasional gas-station-coffee pitstop), and enjoys the company along the way.
