Private Tours
Whether you are traveling with family, friends, colleagues or your bike club, Bicycle Adventures Private Tours are a wonderful way to see a familiar destination through a new lens or discover new areas with a group of your choosing. We offer two types of Private Tours: Adventure Takeovers and Vaulted Adventures. Be sure to book early for the best selection of dates.
Adventure Takeovers
Do you like the look of one of our scheduled tours, but want it all to yourselves? An Adventure Takeover lets you do just that. Choose any existing scheduled tour for your own Private Adventure. If the scheduled date has not been booked by anyone else, and you have a minimum of 6 participants, we will hold it for you for 7 days while you confirm with your group. Bring 8 or more and save. Adventure Takeover Pricing
Prices vary depending on group size and availability for selected dates:
- 14+ people: call to discuss options
- 8-13 people: $200/person discount on the tour price
- 6-7 people: the standard tour price (not eligible for discounts)
- 5 people: tour price + $600/person
- 3-4 people: tour price + $800/person
- 2 people: tour price + $1,000/person
Note: No other discounts may be applied for Private Takeover Tours.
*For all private bike tours, a per-person $600.00 nonrefundable deposit is required. Standard payment, transfer and cancellation policies apply to the remaining balance.
Vaulted Tours
Did you have your heart set on a tour, only to find it missing from this year’s schedule? Don’t fret. We rotate some of our tours year after year but that doesn’t mean they are gone for good! If you have at least 6 participants, give us a call with your preferred dates and tour (see options below) and we’ll see what we can do to schedule your dream tour.
